The Beverly Hills Hotel
This is where Hollywood comes to play, so you’re always in great company. Sip a poolside cocktail and settle yourself in for the day.
Being poolside is an experience that shimmers with history, glamour and sheer good fun. There’s no better backdrop to soak up the sun than our iconic pool.
Our pool dates back to 1938 when it opened as ‘The Sand and Pool Club’, complete with sand to make it feel like a true beach club. It’s been a favourite place to be in LA ever since.

Katharine Hepburn once dove fully clothed into the pool. The Beatles had their own private pool party here and Leonard Bernstein came up with the idea for West Side Story in cabana three.
As well as the place to be to relax and take it easy, our pool area has starred in many famous movies over the years. This glamorous shot is from a relaxed moment between filming for Designing Women with Gregory Peck and Lauren Bacall. What will your most memorable moment be?
As the temperature rises, guests are refreshed with hourly, seasonal ‘pop-up refreshments’ such as fresh fruit smoothies, chilled M&M’s and lemonade slushes. Let us spoil you.
We have 11 private poolside cabanas, each named after a popular area of Los Angeles including Brentwood and Hollywood.
The Cabana Cafe
The Cabana Cafe is a picture-perfect poolside setting for a light lunch and one of our freshly-squeezed juices. Bask in the sunshine on the patio, or opt for a shady booth. Life is good at The Cabana Cafe. Open daily – 10am to 5pm.
