Early check-in or late check-out can be requested up to 1 hour before/after standard times. Late check-out (until 4pm) is chargeable at 50% of the best available daily rate.

Check-outs after 4pm will be charged an additional night's stay. Please note that late check-outs are subject to availability, and it's unlikely that we will be able to accommodate them during major events or for high-demand units. If this is something you require, we suggest including an extra night in your stay on booking.

An extra bed is $35 per day, regardless of age. Sofa beds are complimentary (available in certain rooms only).

Yes, you can bring up to two fully house-trained dogs (max 20kg/45lbs) for a $150 fee per stay. The hotel's pet program includes a special welcome treat and dog bed provided. No fee applies to service dogs.

Breakfast is not automatically included. Breakfast is served à la carte at The Polo Lounge, Fountain Coffee Room or in-room dining; please check your specific rate for inclusions.

Overnight valet parking is $70 per day.
