Each year, our pastry team hosts a masterclass for budding bakers, with little ones encouraged to frost, sprinkle and embellish cookies in a style that's all theirs.

Our culinary director, chef Ashley James, was born and raised in the UK – so he knows what goes into the perfect afternoon tea. Every detail has been thought through and elevated with a festive touch, from light scones to moreish finger sandwiches and seasonal spiced treats.
