1. What time is check-in/out?
Check-in is available from 2pm and check-out by 12 noon.
2. Can I check-in early?
If you’ll be arriving early, we’re pleased to offer early check-in, subject to availability.
3. Can I check-out late?
We’d love for you to prolong your stay with us. Late check-out before 6pm is available for an additional 50% of your room/suite rate, and 100% thereafter.
4. Can I depart early?
We understand that plans can change. If you’ll be leaving the hotel before your check-out date, this is charged at one night’s room rate (including tax).
5. Can I add an extra bed?
If you’d like to add an extra bed in your room or suite, we’ll be happy to arrange this for €100 per night (from 12 years of age), or complimentary for children under 12. Additional cots and beds are complimentary for children under 12.
6. What is the dress code?
We have a ‘smart casual’ dress code in our bar and restaurants, so we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing caps, ripped jeans, sportswear, trainers or shorts.
7. What is the smoking policy?
For the comfort of our guests, we have a no-smoking policy inside the hotel public areas but you are welcome to smoke in our dedicated outdoor smoking area. A selection of our rooms and suites are suitable for smoking, so please enquire at the time of booking.
8. Can I bring my children?
We welcome small pets at the hotel, with our compliments.
9. Does the hotel allow pets?

10. What are the parking options?
We’re pleased to offer private parking at the hotel, starting from €40 per day, depending on the size of your vehicle.
11. What are the bed sizes?
Our generously sized beds at Hotel Principe di Savoia are designed entirely around your comfort. For an indication of measurements, please see below:
135 rooms – 200 x 200cm (79 x 79”)
25 rooms – 160 x 200cm (63 x 79”)
12. Which TV channels are available?
We’re pleased to offer an extensive selection of international TV channels in your room.

13. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA, JCB, Diners Club and bank transfers (arranged with the hotel directly). Unfortunately we cannot accept payments by cheque.
14. Is tax included?
10% tax is included in the rate of your room or suite, but an additional city tax of €5 per person, per day applies.
15. Does the hotel take group bookings?
If you’d like to organise a party, meeting or event with us, we just ask that you book a minimum of ten rooms. For more information, please visit our meetings & events page.
