Hôtel Plaza Athénée is home to five restaurants and bars, all overseen by our wonderful and world-renowned chef, Alain Ducasse. They provide a variety of atmospheres to suit all moods – but make it rather difficult to leave.

Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée
Here, Alain Ducasse tells a personal and radical story, continuing the work he began twenty-five years ago. He represents the naturalness cuisine, inspired by the fish-vegetables-cereals trilogy, with the help of his chef Romain Meder. Healthier and more natural, more respectful of the Planet, it delivers a free and nearly instinctive interpretation of Haute Cuisine, revealing the produces’ original flavour, from the noble to the humble, all exceptional.

Le Relais Plaza
The avenue Montaigne address bathed in golden charm. A Parisian institution since 1936 and still drawing the world’s ‘beau monde’ with the power of a magnetic field. Step into warm, old-school charm, classic style and a ballet of seamless service choreographed by our wonderful team.

For many Parisians, La Galerie is shorthand for pure pleasure. This determinedly chic space brims with calm elegance, happily passing the day under the gentle melodies of harps and soft conversation. La Galerie is the ideal spot for breakfast, a light lunch, spontaneous pre-dinner drinks or our delicious afternoon tea.

La Cour Jardin
The inner courtyard, La Cour Jardin, is a haven of peace in a busy city. Surrounded on all sides by sweeping curtains of greenery this restaurant is a popular and beautiful summer place to be, serving seasonal dishes from May to September.

La Terrasse Montaigne
Ideally situated for admiring local Parisian fashionistas, this al fresco terrace restaurant runs along the façade of the hotel, creating a natural spotlight of attention. Serving light, refined cuisine on the most fashionable street in Paris, this is the place to see and be seen.

A 21st century palace must shine with modern life and exquisite beauty. Le Bar offers all of these things and more, where handcrafted cocktails are served alongside the finest Dom Pérignon champagnes. Some things simply taste better on avenue Montaigne.

From the Queen's Garden
Guests at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée enjoy vegetables and fruit grown exclusively for them in the Queen’s Garden at Versailles. Picked in the morning, they arrive in the kitchen only a few hours later.

Your sense of pleasure starts with the lovely atmosphere, the warm glow of sophistication, the delicate notes from the harp. And then the cakes arrive.
The art of beautiful bread
We’re proud to have our own bakery team at the hotel. Bread is a particular passion of chief baker Guillaume Cabrol, who begins kneading and shaping the dough at 3am, ready to serve at our restaurants throughout the day. So when you enjoy our freshly-baked rolls and pastries, you know that each one has been created just for you, with devotion and care.
