Dress code

An elegant dress code applies in our restaurant. Gentlemen are strongly advised to wear a jacket. Caps, shorts and tracksuit bottoms are not permitted.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose attire does not comply with the required dress code.
Children are more than welcome, as long as they do not disturb the dining experience of our other guests.

Our chefs celebrate France’s rich culinary legacy with a fresh take on ancient recipes, some up to 250 years old. It's a playful ode to heritage cuisine, crossing trends and centuries while remaining deeply modern.

Sheer splendour
Where everything centres around a grand Royal Table crafted from antique Breccia pink marble. Adorning the room with 20,000 gold leaves and a gilded ceiling, designer Remi Tessier has created a jewel of a restaurant with a warm, convivial atmosphere.

PASTRY CHEF

Angelo Musa and Damien Gibault
Angelo Musa is our award-winning pastry chef who adds his own twist of personality to every creation. In September 2026, Damien Gibault joined the team, and together they create our wonderful cakes, pastries and desserts.

Denis Courtiade
Our seamless service is orchestrated by award-winning restaurant manager Denis Courtiade. In more than 20 years at the hotel, Denis has created a signature style of service for his guests, where traditions of hospitality meet a contemporary art of living.
