Following government guidelines, our restaurants and bars are currently closed, but our pastry boutique remains open for visitors and click & collect. To recreate our restaurant experience at home, you can also enjoy your favourite dishes with Le Meurice à la Maison, our take-away and delivery service.

Alain Ducasse and chef des cuisines Amaury Bouhours created here an essential cuisine that aims to preserve the authentic taste of exceptional produce, until it reaches the plate. Each dish expresses the truth of the product around which it is built. This quest for genuine flavour is carried out by the cook and farmer together with respect for the planet and health.

Restaurant Le Dalí
A unique place with a singular and elegant spirit, as well as a cosy and welcoming hideaway. Inspired by Dalí and designed by Philippe Starck, Restaurant Le Dalí is a lively celebration of local, seasonal French cuisine.

La Pâtisserie du Meurice par Cédric Grolet our pastry boutique dedicated to the wonderful cakes of our talented pastry chef. Here you’ll discover the simple pleasures of freshly-baked Madeleines and brioche Bundt cakes, alongside innovative creations such as the legendary ‘trompe-l’oeil’ sculpted fruit.

Taste the best in Paris
Grolet offers his versions of France’s most respected pastry classics such as the the Saint-Honoré, the Paris-Brest, the eclair and the tartes, presented along with other irresistible temptations such as his original trompe l’oeil sculptured fruit creations.

We have proud and generous pastry chefs. During our tea time service at Le Dalí you’ll often find them tip-toeing around, quietly offering you a warm Madeleine or Kugelhopf just out the oven.

The Chef's Table
Enter a theatre of surprises through a private entrance and learn the secrets of the Michelin-starred kitchen from this most exclusive and beautiful table. Here, chef des cuisines Amaury Bouhours guides you through his menu suggestions in an intimate atmosphere, while the kitchen performs its ballet in front of you.
Suite Celebrations
For an unforgettable private dining experience, join us for a four-course dinner with celebratory champagne in one of our beautiful suites. As you enjoy our chef’s fine French cuisine, you and your guests will enjoy a glorious view of the Tuileries Garden and iconic landmarks of Paris. Finish with Cédric Grolet’s famous sculpted ‘fruit’ for a sweet finale.
Four-course dinner with a glass of champagne – €250 per person
Available for resident guests. Butler service available on request (€250 for three hours). Please provide 24 hours’ notice for reservations.
