Cedric Grolet joined Le Meurice in 2011, swiftly becoming our head pastry chef – and world-renowned in the process. In 2018, he opened his first boutique at the hotel. Discover a fantastical world of pastry, where even fruits are not quite as they seem…
THE DESIGN
A modern touch
Beautiful pastries deserve a beautiful home. To create the boutique, Cédric worked with Ciguë architects to design a space that was modern, chic and captured his creative vision, using materials such as enamelled lava and Hainaut blue stone.

Enjoy Cedric Grolet's spectacular Fruits Sculptés in an equally exceptional setting: Restaurant Le Dalí at Le Meurice. This is Tea Time in its most beautiful form. The warm, soft fragrance of freshly baked madeleines and brioches. Delicate savoury morsels to whet the appetite. And at the centre of it all, those incredible, edible works of art.
