That’s why environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) aren’t simply pillars that guide us – it’s who we are.
It is our primary objective to limit waste as much as possible and give a second life to everything that can have one.
We donate our luxurious curtains to the sustainable fashion brand Séléné Hélios, which upcycles and repurposes the fabric into unique clothing pieces.
In 2025, we donated over 70 curtains, cushion covers and trimmings to be redesigned into dresses, co-ords and handbags.
In line with our objectives, we have designed an effective system to sort, reduce and optimise our waste as much as possible.
To reduce our energy consumption by 40% by 2030, we’re working to optimise our current energy sources and outgoings.
Both Restaurant Le Dalí and Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse have been awarded the sustainable mark of an Écotable macaron – with the latter receiving the highest award of three macarons for the fourth year in a row. This prestigious label reflects our commitment to sustainable and responsible dining.
