A farm-to-fork philosophy
At least 95% of our ingredients are sourced from our local suppliers, who nurture their produce with tenderness, care and a passion for authenticity. It also means our food circuit is short, and together we can respect the environment and celebrate the true nature of every ingredient.

Philippe Starck has worked his magic on the restaurant’s distinctive interior, enhancing Dalí’s love of quirky design and distorting reality. Eye-catching additions include a monumental canvas designed by his daughter, Ara Starck, hanging under the restaurant’s glass dome and in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
