A unique space, a moment to savour, a very Parisian place to be. Inspired by Dalí and designed by Philippe Starck, Restaurant Le Dalí offers traditional French specialities and delicious Mediterranean cuisine in a dream-like setting.
In 2007 Jocelyn Herland became executive chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester (three Michelin stars), before moving to Le Meurice as executive chef in January 2016. In keeping with Alain Ducasse’s philosophy, Herland believes that the freshest and seasonal produce, strictly sourced for their quality and provenance, are vital to providing the finest cuisine.

From the heart of Dalí
Philippe Starck has worked his magic on the restaurant’s distinctive interior, enhancing Dalí’s love of quirky design and distorting reality. Eye-catching additions include a monumental canvas designed by his daughter, Ara Starck, hanging under the restaurant’s glass dome and in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
Cédric Grolet, the master of pastry
His tea time at Le Meurice is currently one of the most highly sought-after in Paris. Cédric, who has just released his long-awaited book, Fruits, is one of the most popular pastry chefs in France and was recently named ‘The World’s Best Pastry Chef’ at The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Ceremony 2018.
