A farm-to-fork philosophy
At least 95% of our ingredients are sourced from our local suppliers, who nurture their produce with tenderness, care and a passion for authenticity. It also means our food circuit is short, and together we can respect the environment and celebrate the true nature of every ingredient.
An exclusive treat
Guests joining us for breakfast get the pleasure of the amazing morning menu, now served with freshly-baked pastries by award-winning pastry chef Cédric Grolet. For a quick bite, our ‘Paris s’éveille’ breakfast includes a hot drink, fresh juice and two delectable pastries.

Cédric Grolet, our celebrated pastry chef, is the undisputed master of his art. Afternoon tea is reinterpreted with his dazzling passion, becoming deliciously unforgettable.
The ultimate brunch
Let us argue the case for nothing but pure pleasure on a Sunday. Brunch is revisited by our new chef des cuisines du Meurice, Amaury Bouhours, who unveils a colourful feast of dishes served at your table. As an added delight, Cédric Grolet’s famous sculpted fruit and freshly-baked pastries make a tempting finale.
From the heart of Dalí
Philippe Starck has worked his magic on the restaurant’s distinctive interior, enhancing Dalí’s love of quirky design and distorting reality. Eye-catching additions include a monumental canvas designed by his daughter, Ara Starck, hanging under the restaurant’s glass dome and in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
