For something completely bespoke, we can create a unique training programme tailored to you and your business.
From short, on-the-job training within a department to a full programme of learning, our Trainers Excellence series combines theory and practical to give you the skills you need to train your teams at a certificated level. This series is suitable for all levels of experience and is facilitated by a seasoned master of training (up to eight people per session).
We understand it’s not always easy to find time for in-person training. Our short virtual sessions recreate the learning experience with a close-knit, collaborative environment to enhance the learning experience.
A unique one-to-one session in people management expertise, coupled with an introduction to the Dorchester Collection approach to service, principles and standards. And of course, you can rest assured that the confidentiality you enjoy at our hotels is extended to our work with you at your home.
