In this series we cover the key elements of luxury service for discerning customers. Our sessions are suitable for anyone with an ambition to deliver world-class service. Each course is half day.

Inspirational Leadership
This series reflects the qualities proven to drive the results of our leaders here at Dorchester Collection. These programmes help you to develop your skills to maximise the performance of your teams. Each course ranges from one to three days.

Operational training
Our specialist team can bring this unique area to you. Whether it’s food and beverage service training for fine dining or training your housekeeping team, a session can be delivered as a standalone event or as part of a larger bespoke programme.

Trainers Excellence Series
From short, on-the-job training within a department to a full programme of learning, our Trainers Excellence series combines theory and practical to give you the skills you need to train your teams at a certificated level. This series is suitable for all levels of experience and is facilitated by a seasoned master of training (up to eight people per session).
