Our designer florist Philip Hammond is the creative mastermind behind our floral displays. He joined us at the tender age of 25, and has since earned an outstanding reputation for his seasonal themes, bespoke bouquets, event displays and our boutique.

The Dorchester Rose is our signature pale pink flower, specially created for the hotel by Meijer Roses of Holland. This blousy bloom reveals deep blush tones as it opens, bringing life and colour to our displays throughout the hotel and boutique.
