- TIMING Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 12pm
- EXTRA BED POLICY Additional cots are complimentary, and we can arrange an extra bed in your room or suite for £84 per night (for guests from 13 years of age)
- DINING DRESS CODE Although London forever strides ahead, elegance never goes out of style. The Dorchester is very keen on the habit of dressing brilliantly. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing shorts and sportswear during afternoon tea service and in the evening.
- ACCESSIBLE ROOMS Two accessible rooms are available
- SMOKING POLICY To ensure the comfort of all guests, we have a non-smoking policy throughout The Dorchester
- PET POLICY We welcome up to two small dogs (max 7kg/15lbs) with a daily fee of £35, but ask that they remain in your room while you visit our bars, Alain Ducasse, China Tang, The Grill, spa and gym, or are kept in a carrier in The Promenade
- CAR PARKING Valet parking is available for £70 per day
