- Accessible hotel entrance located on Deanery Street
- The Grill at The Dorchester, The Promenade, Artists' Bar, Vesper Bar and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester are all located on the ground floor and accessible to wheelchairs
- Event spaces are accessible to wheelchairs, however the Crystal Suite & Park Suite spaces are currently not wheelchair accessible due to maintenance work.
- Accessible elevators located near accessible rooms
- All public areas have accessible WC
