Our talented team presents fine dining with a difference at two Michelin-starred Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse, with festive menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Discover dishes such as succulent sea bass and veal and truffled artichoke, before finishing with Cédric Grolet’s spectacular yule log or iced mandarin.

Restaurant Le Dalí

This year we invite you to celebrate in style, as we present special seasonal menus at Restaurant Le Dalí. Join us on Christmas Eve for live jazz entertainment over dinner, or begin the ultimate countdown to 2019 as we welcome a talented singer, jazz quartet and DJ to perform on New Year’s Eve.

Cédric Grolet’s yule log

This year our talented pastry chef and his team have transformed fresh chestnuts into a spectacular yule log that’s made with a variety of textures – mousse, cream, crisp and candied – all balanced with a roast chestnut base and lemon praline filling. The result is a wonderfully light dessert that makes a delicious festive indulgence.

€50 per yule log (serves three to four)
€98 per yule log (serves six to eight)

Smoked chestnut yule log

Restaurant Le Dalí’s yule log is also made with chestnuts, but with one key difference – each has been smoked for a more intense flavour. The delicate milk chocolate shell hides the mousse and its creamy chestnut centre, as well as the crisp chestnut biscuit and lemon-flavoured hazelnut praline.

This year we bring the festivities to Bar 228, a cosy, inviting spot at the heart of the hotel, where our talented bartenders mix and shake handcrafted cocktails. The best days begin with an indulgent brunch, and the festive season is no exception. Join us at both our restaurants for a tempting buffet of freshly-baked pastries, smoked salmon and oysters, finishing with Cédric Grolet’s signature sweet creations. Served with a chilled glass of champagne, it’s a wonderful way to begin the celebrations.

Spa Valmont pour Le Meurice

For pre-party pampering (or post-party recovery), our Or Bleu spa treatment is designed to leave you looking and feeling your best this season. After a nourishing Valmont Energy Ritual Facial to restore skin’s natural glow, you’ll enjoy a nutritious spirulina cocktail made by head barman William Olivieri. This tantalising blend of pineapple, coconut and spirulina is a tasty end to an hour of pampering.
