Art Deco cocktails at China Tang

To celebrate a century of Art Deco style, China Tang has created three cocktails inspired by each of its locations: London, Hong Kong and Dubai.

The exclusive ‘Art Deco Cocktail Flight’ is a tribute to the design movement that has influenced the glamorous interiors of the Cantonese restaurant since it opened at The Dorchester, with each cocktail a reflection of the culture and aesthetic of the city it takes after.

- China Tang Martinez, London: the classic gin-based cocktail is sweet yet bitter, infused with the light savoury notes of Fen Chiew baijiu and the earthy undertones of ginseng.

- Tang 12, Hong Kong: this vibrant cocktail blends gin and vermouth with lemon, honey and absinthe, then shaken up to achieve a smooth finish.

- Chishui Flow, Dubai: filled with tropical fruit flavours such as banana cordial, lychee, lemon and Moutai baijiu, for a burst of freshness.
