The Principe in bloom

To celebrate the return of Fuori Orticola, Milan’s city-wide flower show, we’re delighted to invite the official florist of the exhibition Roberto Ferrari to transform our entrance space with a brilliant floral display.

For one week, expect beautiful seasonal blooms dotted throughout our shared areas, each one masterfully arranged into a captivating blend of colours, textures and aromas.

We’re also extending the botanical theme across our restaurants and bar, with a collection of exclusive creations. 

At Acanto Restaurant, chef Matteo Gabrielli is serving up a classic vignarola filled with fresh spring vegetables and lemony ricotta, while at Il Salotto, a delicious dessert made from sweet strawberries, rich cocoa and creamy fior di latte is on the menu. 

And over at Principe Bar, our mixologists craft a refreshing cocktail that expertly combines vodka with lemon verbena, elderflower and vibrant violet liquor.
