Rooted in ancient traditions but backed by modern science, this multi-sensory practice utilises the unique vibrations of crystal singing bowls to create a meditative, relaxing effect that soothes the mind and resets the body.

Inspired by Christian Dior’s lifelong fascination with the cosmos, our sound baths follow the astrological lunar calendar to tap into different energies and set intentions, from the grounding to the transformative.

Each session is small, intimate and guided by an expert sound therapist within the calm sanctuary of Dior Spa’s Grand Salon. Simply lie back on a comfortable chaise lounge, close your eyes and allow the peaceful waves of sound wash over you.
