Rebalance your sleep pattern with the Dior Light Suite – a specially designed light therapy room, exclusively created for Dior Spa Plaza Athénée and the first of its kind in Paris.
With an LED ceiling set to mimic natural sunlight, we offer three treatments to help synchronise your circadian rhythm to regulate sleep, boost skin health and enhance your overall wellbeing:
Recharge is ideal for overcoming jet lag, with a gentle light that imitates dawn and gradually intensifies to awaken and refresh the body.
Recover promotes total relaxation, where a soothing massage and a restorative nap phase are lit with a warm amber twilight.
Rest encourages a good night’s sleep, with a tension-alleviating massage and a sunset light that stimulates a calm slumber.
| Details | The Dior Light Suite can be booked for any 90-minute facial and/or body treatment to fully benefit from the power of light therapy. A supplement of 170€ will be applied for all treatments booked in the Dior Light Suite. Each session begins with a 15-minute questionnaire to determine the program best suited to your current needs. |
