The primary inspiration for the Acanto menu is the local Lombard culinary tradition, which our Chef has melded with flavours from the Mediterranean and beyond, to create delicate dishes infused with a world of flavour. Nothing but the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients are used.
To complement the exceptional culinary experience, the restaurant veranda overlooks the hotel’s tranquil Italian garden with a delightful 18th century fountain. During the day Acanto is bathed in natural light, the atmosphere is then magically transformed in the evening as the garden is illuminated, whilst the restaurant itself is lit up with Murano glass chandeliers.
