Florist at The Dorchester
The Dorchester has long been famous for its beautiful floristry displays, and now our experts welcome you to their world with a new store and workshop at The Promenade entrance. Inside you’ll find beautiful bouquets and candles, as well as our latest pride and joy: The Dorchester Rose. Created for us by Meijer Roses, it’s a delicate blousy bloom, with warm pink tones as it opens.

Please note that for certain vehicles advance notice is required. Our concierge team is available to guide you on your car choice and provide information regarding luggage transportation. Child seats can be provided on request and all vehicles offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
Our airport and Eurostar chauffeur service will ensure a smooth transition between The Dorchester and all London airports or St Pancras International station.
‘Meet and Greet’ service includes:
- On landing, our chauffeur will wait for you in the arrivals hall at the airport
- On departure, our chauffeur will be waiting on The Dorchester forecourt ready for a swift departure
- Assistance with your luggage
- A personal escort to your waiting car
- Luxury transfer with newspaper, Wi-Fi, bottled water and in selected vehicles a choice of entertainment
- Heathrow VIP transport service
On arrival at London Heathrow, you will be met at the aircraft and assisted through immigration checks. You will be helped with collecting your luggage and escorted directly to your waiting chauffeur.
When it is time to depart, your chauffeur will introduce you to one of our representatives, who will efficiently assist you through the airline check-in procedures and guide you to your departure gate or respective airline lounge.

Valet car parking service
The Dorchester’s car park is a secured facility, monitored by CCTV and staffed 24 hours a day.
The tariff for car parking is as follows:
- Up to 2 hours £20
- Up to 4 hours £30
- 4 – 6 hours £40
- 6 – 24 hours £60
For resident guests, we encourage the car parking charges to be billed to the room and then settled upon departure.
We offer our own secure garage covered 24/7 by CCTV as well as an external, off-site location. In the case of the off-site location, we request that guests allow up to 20 minutes for their vehicle to be retrieved.
Parking on the forecourt
Due to the limited number of spaces, parking on the forecourt is subject to availability and can only be confirmed to a guest after speaking directly to Sense of Arrival.
Advance notice of car parking request
Unless there is a specific requirement or request there is no need for Sense of Arrival to be informed of a request for car parking in advance.
In some cases, we will required advance notice for parking, such as special billing requests or specific location requests.
