A fresh energy
One of London’s finest young chefs, Tom Booton leads his personal interpretation of a modern-day British grill with signature dishes including homemade stout bread, prawn Scotch egg and The Grill’s lobster thermidor tart. Tom’s fresh energy creates a warm, approachable dining experience.
Our award-wining bartender, Lucia Montanelli, has reinvented the craft of the perfect cocktail. Look out for Gentleman Tom made with Old Tom gin, Punt e Mes, Chinotto and Maraschino, and our mocktails including What’s New Pussycat?, Bitter and Twisted, and New Kid on the Bock.
Save room for dessert
We believe dessert should be something to be savoured, not skipped. The new Pudding Bar creates a unique experience, where you can pull up a stool and enjoy the irresistible banoffee tart or Tom’s new classic, the ‘Double Decker’. You may even meet the man himself as he shares his kitchen secrets.

Shaking things up
Every dish is a journey through flavour, where unique combinations grant surprises at every turn. Scallop ceviche is paired with chestnuts and orange granita, and an outstanding ribeye is served with mushroom ketchup and beef roll. This is the best of British, Tom Booton style.
A twist on tradition
In celebration of the beloved ritual of a Sunday roast, Tom reveals a three-course menu featuring classic favourites with a modern twist. Roast sirloin is accompanied by filled Yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese, whilst Devon duck can be enjoyed with parsnip puntarelle, confit leg and cranberries.
