For one exceptional evening, Acanto Restaurant opens up its kitchen to Michelin-starred chef Fabio Pisani for an exclusive four-hands dining experience.

Joined by Matteo Gabrielli, the two chefs’ combined creativity, refined aesthetic and passion for seasonal ingredients make for a joyful menu celebrating Italian cuisine at its best.

From creamy porcini mushroom risotto topped with crispy coins of courgette to olive-crusted duck breast served in a swirl of zesty orange jus, each course is delightfully fresh and leans into the bright flavours of summer.

And as this is a very special occasion, every dish is served with a sparkling glass of champagne, carefully selected by our head sommelier, Mara Vicelli.
