For one exceptional evening, Acanto Restaurant opens up its kitchen to Michelin-starred chef Edoardo Fumagalli for an exclusive four-hands dining experience. In collaboration with our executive chef Matteo Gabrielli, the two culinary visionaries curate a unique tasting menu to reflect their distinctive styles.
From fresh king crab ravioli in a silky carbonara sauce to lamb loin wrapped in black truffle crepinette with raspberry vinegar jus, dishes are refined yet completely original. The five-course dinner is perfectly designed to be paired with a selection of Ferrari wines, mingling and enhancing flavour profiles that linger on the palate.
Fumagalli's expressive creativity works in perfect harmony with Gabrielli's elevated expertise, both chefs' passions coming together to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
