Mantua week at Acanto Restaurant
The ancient Italian city of Mantua is renowned for its Michelin-starred cuisine, steeped in culinary traditions and excellent local ingredients. So naturally, we’re delighted to dedicate an entire week to Mantuan food at Acanto Restaurant.
From April 14, we’ll be dishing up a bespoke menu created exclusively for us by chef Romano Tamani from restaurant L’Ambasciata. Featuring typical Mantuan cuisine, expect plates of handcrafted pumpkin tortelli and creamy risotto studded with traditional Italian sausage and sparkling Lambrusco wine.
And for something sweet, we’ll be serving up slices of fluffy torta sabboisa and crunchy almond sbrisolona cake for a delightful finish to a wonderfully classic Italian meal.
