For one extraordinary evening, Matteo Gabrielli welcomes Michelin-starred chef Salvatore Bianco into the Acanto kitchen for a delicious dining experience.

Joining us from Hotel Eden, our sister hotel based in the heart of Rome, Salvatore Bianco is the creative and culinary expert behind La Terrazza’s remarkable Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Blending the two Italian gastronomic capitals, this exclusive four-hands dinner sees a fusion of signature dishes from both La Terrazza and Acanto.

From Salvatore’s smoky spaghetti in an earthy broth of coffee, barley and tobacco, to Matteo’s fresh whitefish served with seasonal asparagus and wild garlic, expect six inventive and classic courses that showcase the best in Italian cooking. 

To complement each dish, our sommelier, Mara Vicelli, has curated a selection of Monte Rossa wines from the historical region of Franciacorta.
