Our annual yule log has returned, inspired by the iconic ice rink that graces La Cour Jardin every winter.
Dreamt up and expertly crafted by pastry chefs Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot, this festive dessert features a pecan crunch, soft sponge and flowing caramel infused with Erica heather honey from the Pyrenees.
Candied citrus and a fragrant lemon mousse bring a refreshing brightness, while the pretty picturesque scene adds an elegant touch to your festive table. The perfect treat to share with loved ones.
