Le Meurice Alain Ducasse

A pure cuisine which turns simple into good. Real taste is returned to its truth, without any superfluous ingredient. Preparations are purified to leave room to the strength of taste. Going back to basics is also to respect the rhythm of the seasons, when the product is at its best. For Alain Ducasse, the meal tells a story, the table is a stage. New tableware finds its way to restaurant le Meurice. Unique table objects give the tempo. Original creations by Pierre Tachon, or valuable pieces of Japanese craftworks by Shinichiro Ogata.

Inspired by the Salon de la Paix at the Château de Versailles, the room majestically imposes itself: antique mirrors, Crystal chandeliers, bronzes, marble, and frescoes… Romantic elegance, refined timeless décor. And then, there is the enchanting view, which materializes through large windows, overlooking the neighbouring Jardin des Tuileries. The decoration of the restaurant was revisited by Philippe Starck in 2007. Alain Ducasse seeks to renew the image of haute cuisine.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday

Breakfast: 7.00 am – 10.30 am during the week 7.00 am – 11.30 am on weekends

Lunch: 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm

Dinner: 7.30 pm – 10.00 pm
