If the reserved room isn't ready upon arrival, a hospitality room will be provided until the room is ready. Late departures may require a room move to a hospitality room. Hospitality rooms are provided for comfort and refreshment; specific room categories, views, or bed types are not guaranteed for this temporary accommodation.
Guests are required to provide their estimated time of arrival at least 48 hours prior to arrival to guarantee the benefit.

Guarantee & Cancellation: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made by 12 noon local time, one day prior to arrival, to avoid a one-night charge to the provided credit card. No-shows will be charged one night.
