This initiative forms part of the mandatory electronic invoicing scheme (Decree No. 2024-266, effective from 1 September 2026. Our organisation is required to issue invoices to VAT-registered businesses in electronic form, via a partner e-invoicing platform (PDP) approved by the French tax authorities.
