A toast to Dry January

Start the new year with fresh, flavourful and exciting alcohol-free drinks at Le Meurice, as we celebrate Dry January across our outlets. 

At Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse, chef Amaury Bouhours and sommelier Gabriel Veissaire have teamed up with the ‘Sobrelier’, Benôit d’Onofrio, to create a selection of sophisticated drinks inspired by the delicate taste of natural wines. 

Over at Restaurant Le Dalí, we’re pouring French Bloom’s cuvées (Extra Brut, Vintage 2023, Rosé), an award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling wine that pairs perfectly with chef Clémentine Bouchon’s seasonal menu.

And at Bar 228, our mixologists have turned our iconic Meurice Millenium cocktail into a mocktail, swapping out the rosé champagne with French Bloom’s 0.0% Le Rosé.
