Bocuse d’Or dinner

Bocuse d’Or is one of the world’s most prestigious cooking competitions – and to show our support for Team France, we’re hosting an exceptional one-of-a-kind dinner to raise donations for competing chef, Maxence Baruffaldi.

Alongside executive chef Amaury Bouhours, we’ve invited five of France’s finest culinary talents to create an exquisite menu for this extra special event: 

  • Adrien Cachot – owner of Michelin-starred Vaisseau restaurant
  • Grégory Garimbay – head chef of Saint James Paris
  • Philippe Mille – previous bronze winner at Bocuse d’Or in 2009
  • Gaël Orieux – chef of Michelin-starred Auguste restaurant
  • Davy Tissot – the winner of Bocuse d’Or in 2021

Each chef will bring their skill, passion and expertise to this truly remarkable and charitable dining experience.
