This summer, Restaurant Le Dalí offers up a new frozen afternoon treat – a refreshing twist on our classic afternoon tea. Presented by Cedric Grolet and François Deshayes, this carefully curated menu is inspired by sun-drenched days and Parisian elegance. 

Begin with a delicate celebration of fruit and ice, with signature flavours – yuzu, passion fruit and coconut – reimagined as fruit-shaped sorbets. Then, the artistry continues with a seasonal trompe-l’œil, and the cherry on top: your choice of gloriously cool chilled drinks. From herbal infusions and rich iced chocolate to our barista-favourite affogato with homemade vanilla ice cream, there's something for every refined palette.
