Every month, our wine director, Gabriel Veissaire, presents a new Grand Cru cuvée, offering an exclusive taste of some of the most extraordinary wines from around the country.
Served by the glass over dinner or at the Chef’s Table, each cuvée reflects its distinctive terroirs and careful ageing process, from the elegant and refined to the bold and citrusy.
