Your evening menu unfolds alongside a curated selection of French wines from the Rhône Valley, introduced by the winemakers themselves. Each bottle tells a tale from the vineyard, reflecting the unique flavour and terroirs of this prestigious region. Mingle and chat with the winemakers, taste their latest offerings and enjoy a multi-course dinner created especially for the occasion.

We also encourage you to bring your own wines to share with the table, in homage to the communal spirit of the original La Paulée. Pour generously, eat well and revel in the convivial atmosphere that this magnificent celebration brings.
