Throughout the year, we’re inviting four winemakers to Restaurant Le Dalí to each host an exceptional dining experience.

These remarkable evenings will include a guided tasting of four magnificent cuvées from the guest estate, alongside a bespoke menu that complements the flavours and aromas of every pour.

March 19
Jérôme Bretaudeau from the Domaine Bretaudeau estate opens our series with his distinctive terroir-driven wines from the rich Loire Valley.

May 21
Géraldine Godot, the Burgundy winemaker behind Domaine de l’Arlot, will host our second dinner, offering a selection of elegant and refined cuvées. 

October 15
The third instalment of our dinner series sees fifth-generation Charles Perrin join us from the renowned Château de Beaucastel estate with characterful Rhône Valley wines.

December 3
And for the final dinner in our series, we’re joined by Xavier Monnot with an array of balanced Burgundy wines straight from his ancestral estate, Domaine Xavier Monnot.
