Set within our private Chef’s Table overlooking our two-Michelin-starred kitchen, this tasting experience combines exquisite five-course dining with expertly matched wines from the Château d'Yquem estate.

With a legacy that dates back to the 16th century, Château d'Yquem’s wines have a reputation for uncompromising quality. Its vineyards grow at the highest point in Sauternes, Bordeaux, where a unique microclimate organically encourages the development of ‘the noble rot’. Only then are the grapes picked, resulting in small batches of truly exceptional wine, each characterised by an aromatic richness. 

Château d'Yquem’s ambassador will guide you through each tasting note, and with every glass comes a new course, meticulously designed by executive chef Amaury Bouhours.
